Great find!
This was a great find for anyone looking to stay central to activities in the Phoenix area. You are close to major freeways but just far enough away to have some quiet and peace. The house was great (with the added bonus of the park literally in the back yard for kids!).

Positive: Our family of 3 needed a quick getaway from a busy workweek. This was a great place to relax and bond as a family. The pool was huge and so much fun. The details and accommodations were just what we needed! For example, the 2 swinging chairs in the living room was a very fun and relaxing touch. The beds were comfortable, the color scheme inside the house and the thoughtful placement of activities in the backyard made this weekend perfect. We will definitely come back.
Negative: Black out curtains in the bedrooms would make it better. I put my sleeping eye cover on to help.
